You must be at least 18 years old to use this Website or register a participant. If you register a minor, you represent that you are the participant’s parent or legal guardian and have authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

3. Services

The Website provides information regarding soccer camps, clinics, events, training experiences, travel opportunities and related services operated by Kaptiva Sports Inc. under license, collaboration and/or authorization with third-party soccer organizations and partners, including Real Madrid Foundation-related programs where applicable. Programs may use third-party facilities, operators, vendors, coaches and service providers in multiple states. Programs, schedules, locations, pricing, coaches, facilities and availability may change without notice. Nothing on the Website guarantees availability of any specific Program, coach, location or service.

4. User Information and Registration

Users agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when registering participants, submitting forms, making payments, requesting information or subscribing to communications. Kaptiva Sports may deny, suspend or terminate registrations, accounts or access if information is inaccurate, misleading, incomplete, fraudulent or violates these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the Website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
  • interfere with Website functionality, servers or security systems;

9. Sports Participation Disclaimer

Participation in soccer camps, clinics, tournaments, travel programs and athletic activities involves inherent risks including physical injury, concussion, illness, permanent disability, emotional distress, transportation-related incidents and death. Users acknowledge and voluntarily accept these risks. Additional waivers, participation agreements, medical authorizations and releases may be required before participation.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, services, ticketing systems, payment processors, social media platforms or external providers. Kaptiva Sports does not control and is not responsible for their content, security, privacy practices, availability, policies, acts or omissions. Access is at the user’s own risk.
