The Website provides information regarding soccer camps, clinics, events, training experiences, travel opportunities, and related services operated by Kaptiva Sports Inc. under license, collaboration, and/or authorization with third-party soccer organizations and partners, including Real Madrid Foundation-related programs where applicable.

Programs may be conducted in multiple states throughout the United States using third-party facilities, operators, vendors, coaches, and service providers.

All programs, schedules, locations, pricing, coaches, facilities, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

Nothing on the Website shall be interpreted as guaranteeing availability of any specific Program, coach, location, or service.

9. SPORTS PARTICIPATION DISCLAIMER

Participation in soccer camps, clinics, tournaments, travel programs, and athletic activities involves inherent risks, including:

• emotional distress;
• transportation-related incidents;
• death.

Users acknowledge and voluntarily accept such risks.
